Let's re-imagine what is possible in education and youth engagement.

We believe that bringing together ideas, people and approaches that offer a variety of perspectives and experiences sparks new ways of thinking and doing.

Through co-design and consultation, we support a participant-led process that explores and strengthens fresh ideas and ways of working together.

We use design thinking principles alongside existing and emerging design frameworks to co-create innovative and practical approaches and outcomes.

Sarah Fenton

With over 15 years experience working in education across the government, independent and not-for-profit sectors, Sarah is driven by the desire to re-imagine what is possible in education, from the classroom through to system level.

Starting her career as a History and English teacher, Sarah's journey since leaving the classroom has spanned facilitation and program design, design and delivery of teacher professional development and the co-design of learning spaces and curriculum for new schools.

Sarah believes working collaboratively with educators, young people, schools, community groups, industry and government, is invaluable in developing new ways to think about learning design in different contexts and to meet different stakeholder needs.

Carla Granozio
