Let's re-imagine what is possible in education and youth engagement.

Connect

We believe that bringing together ideas, people and approaches that offer a variety of perspectives and experiences sparks new ways of thinking and doing.

Collaborate

Through co-design and consultation, we support a participant-led process that explores and strengthens fresh ideas and ways of working together.

Create

We use design thinking principles alongside existing and emerging design frameworks to co-create innovative and practical approaches and outcomes.

Sarah Fenton

With over 15 years experience working in education across the government, independent and not-for-profit sectors, Sarah is driven by the desire to re-imagine what is possible in education, from the classroom through to system level.

Starting her career as a History and English teacher, Sarah's journey since leaving the classroom has spanned facilitation and program design, design and delivery of teacher professional development and the co-design of learning spaces and curriculum for new schools.

Sarah believes working collaboratively with educators, young people, schools, community groups, industry and government, is invaluable in developing new ways to think about learning design in different contexts and to meet different stakeholder needs.

Carla Granozio

Carla is a highly motivated and energetic leader with extensive experience in the for-purpose and public sectors and specialist experience in organisational operations, governance and people and project management.

Carla’s background in social work saw her working in some of Adelaide’s most disadvantaged suburbs and using her expertise in community development supported individuals and communities develop innovative solutions to local problems.

After 5 years in the public sector with a focus on women, volunteering and community participation, Carla was drawn back to the for-purpose sector where she spent 8 years leading education and work readiness programs. For the past 3 years Carla has served as Chief Operating Officer at a national not-for-profit.

Carla has a passion for education, equal opportunity and inclusivity.
